Event Tickets
All ticket sales are final.
Tickets are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by Elle and the City.
If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to someone else by contacting us at least 48 hours in advance.
In the rare event of cancellation, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
ElleMKT & Vendors
Vendor fees are non-refundable, as your spot is reserved and promoted in advance.
If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your spot to another approved vendor by contacting us no less than 7 days before the market.
Refunds will only be considered in the case of event cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final and non-refundable.
If you experience a technical issue or did not receive your file, please reach out within 7 days, and we’ll ensure you get what you paid for.
Third Party Links, Referrals and Offers
Some links on our website or social media may be affiliate links, meaning we may earn a small commission if you purchase through them—at no extra cost to you.
